It is a complete bodyweight program that does not require any equipment, making it easy to do and follow along, all while only having to workout 3 days a week!
The second 4 weeks of workouts serve as your introduction to the gym. They will help you both lose weight and increase your strength, stability and muscle mass through upbeat training sequences so we can get you back to your confident self!
